William Perry Bordner, 57, of Halifax passed away unexpectedly December 29, 2021. His titles included husband, father, son, brother, friend, but best of all PAP. He was a bright shining light to all of us.
Bill worked for over twenty years at the former Alfa Laval, Lykens. He was currently employed at Universal Plant Services, Harrisburg.
His hobbies, when not doing endless projects for his loving wife, included his passion for butchering and smoking meats of which he passed his knowledge and love off to his first grandson and his best buddy Mason. His other hobbies included collecting kettles, cars, making apple cider, hanging at the shop and spending time at his cabin. Our void is immeasurable.
Bill was preceded in death by his father, Ronald Bordner and his sister Sandra Long.
He is survived by his loving wife and life partner of 37 years, Tammy M. Carr Bordner. His daughters Lauren Ohnmacht (Adam) and Ashley Bordner (Michael), a son Tyler Bordner (Jen) and the biggest joys of his life his grandchildren; Mason, Liam, Rylan, Lilah, Beau, Adelynn and MJ (arriving January 2022) and his special chocolate lab, his boy Hank. Bill is also survived by his mother, Sandra Jones Bordner, two sisters, Susan Paul (John) and Christine Wolfe (Randy) and a brother Rodney Bordner. Numerous nieces, nephews and dear friends.
