Arlene I. Lucas, 80, of Pine Grove, formerly of Joliett, passed away Saturday at the Tremont Health and Rehab.

Born in Pine Grove, December 18, 1933, a daughter of the late Paul and Mary Weaber Maidenford.

Arlene retired from the garment industry.

She was of the Lutheran Faith.

In addition to her parents she was predeceased by two husbands, Eugene Guella and Lewis Lucas; four sisters, Pauline Keefer, Shirley Miller, Ruth Rumberger and Maryann Sattizahn; three brothers, Henry, Dennis and infant Robert Maidenford.

Surviving are a son Stephen  Smith and his wife Cora, South Carolina;  three brothers, Eugene, Albert and Thomas Maidenford all of Pine Grove; one sister, Dorothy Wesner, Colorado.   Nieces and nephews.

Private committal services will be held at the convenience of the family.  In lieu of flowers donations should be made to the American Cancer Society, 101 W.
