Elizabeth C. Reibsane, 93, of Tower City, passed away Sunday at the Manor of the Susquehanna Village, Millersburg.
Born in Oberlin, October 10, 1921, a daughter of the late Gerney and Carrie Minnich Hand
She was a retired seamstress from the garment industry.
Elizabeth was a graduate of the former Tower City High School. She was a member of the Grace United Methodist Church, Muir, International League of Garment Workers and a former charter member of the Porter Tower Lionettes.
She was predeceased by her husband, Albert and a daughter Beverly Sennett both in 2009.
Surviving are a son, Larry Reibsane and his wife Therese; a son-in-law, David Sennett, both of Tower City; a sister Gertrude Drum, Harrisburg; four grandchildren, Tracy Sennett, Theresa Samit (Harry), Michael Reibsane (Sara) and Raymond Reibsane (Julie). Four great-grandchildren, Matthew, Jacob, Anna and Thomas Samit and Piper Reibsane.
Services will be private with burial in the Methodist Cemetery, Muir. In lieu of flowers, donations should made to Grace U.M. Church, Wiconisco Street, Muir, PA 17957.
