Ain't Joan sent me notice of Aunt Gertrude's passing. I am so sorry to hear of your loss. She was a great lady. So glad myself, my son, David and daughter, Theresa were able to see her at Aunt Joan's last July. I would love to be there for you, but I am away this week at beach.
Just know you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.

Our hearts go out to you upon learning this news of Gertrude's entering Life Eternal with Her Lord and Our Savior Jesus Christ. May she Rest in Peace and may Light Perpetual shine upon her.
Our thoughts and prayers also are with you as you grieve for the loss of your loved one and our dear friend. In time, the grief of loss shall give way to fond memories of your lives together.
We shall always be grateful of her friendship and travel companionship with our Mother Eleanor Bailey. They also shared common loves of reading, the TC Library, and our hometown. We shall be making a memorial donation in her memory to the TC Library - a fitting gesture.
