Dear LOIS,
I feel like such an idiot. I wrote "Gloria" in my note. What was I thinking? Please forgive. Must have been thinking of harry Paul's family?
Please send my deepest sympathies to Larry, Jean, Susan and Fay, too, and all your families.

Dear Gloria, Linda and members of the Renninger Family,
Please accept my sincerest condolences on the death of your beloved father.
He was a kind and generous man, always greeting my family at the garage with with a smile.
The deep-seated ache feels like it will never go away when we lose a parent. I can't tell you anything lofty or make some vapid comments about "what he might be experiencing." All I can say is that Christ the Lord holds him close to his heart and "death has been swallowed up in victory through our Lord jesus Christ" (I Corinthians 15)
Please know that you are all in my thoughts and prayers as you grieve your dad. I'm sorry that I can't be there to say this in person. Know that all of the folks at Friedens Church are with you in prayer, especially the Artz family.
With deepest sympathies,
Allen

You will be missed Uncle Leroy. You are a very special person. I spent many of my childhood summer vacations in Newtown with Fay. Such great memories and times that I will always treasure. Rest in peace.
