William H. Perkins, Jr.,  88, of Tower City passed away Saturday at the Schuylkill Medical Center-East.
 
Born in Tower City, October 30, 1926, a son of the late William and Mildred Perkins.
 
Bill had worked at Indiantown Gap, he retried as a  custodian from Williams Valley Elementary School, Tower City.
 
He attended Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses, Tremont.
 
He was predeceased by his wife, Margaret, 1978; a daughter, Iris, 1985; a sister Ruth Bowman; two brothers, Eugene and Roy Perkins.
 
Surviving are his son, David Perkin, Tower City; a sister, Jane Cunningham, Williamstown; two brothers, Wayne Perkins, Newport and Joe Perkins, South Carolina.  Nieces and nephews.
 
Services will be held at the  convenience of the family.  Burial will be in the Greenwood Cemetery, Tower City.  Dimon Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Tower City, has been entrusted with the arrangements.
